Eisstockschießen (also known as "Bavarian curling") is a traditional ice sport, mainly played in Alpine regions. Players slide ice stocks (which look like large discs with a handle) over the ice, aiming to get as close as possible to a target called the "Daube." The game is easy to learn, focuses on precision and fun, and does not involve sweeping the ice like curling.

What participants can expect:
You’ll receive a brief introduction to the rules and technique, then play in teams, competing to place your ice stocks closest to the target. No prior experience is needed—just warm clothes and good spirits!
